At Pets Owner Shop, we take pride in offering high-quality, customized pet apparel made just for you and your furry friends. Since each item is made-to-order, we work closely with our production partners to ensure that every product meets your expectations. Below is our returns and refunds policy to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience with us.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
- No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size/Color: As all our products are made-to-order, we do not hold inventory. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not supported if you select the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. Please carefully review the size guide and product details before placing your order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we are here to make it right. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will offer a free replacement or a refund. You may keep the defective item as a token of our commitment to quality.
- How to Report an Issue: To initiate a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item, please send us an email at info@petsowner.shop. Be sure to include a clear photo showing the issue. If multiple items are affected, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation purposes.
2. Refunds
- Refund Process: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If the billing currency differs from USD, please note that the refund may be returned directly to the original payment source. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Refund Exceptions: Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or with a print defect. Refunds or reprints are not available for minor variations in print placement (within a tolerance of 0.5") or incorrect orders of size, color, or design.
3. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: Since our products are made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in production.
4. Dropshipping Products
For products that are fulfilled through our dropshipping suppliers (e.g., pet essentials or accessories):
- Return Window: Dropshipping items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for dropshipping products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Damaged or Defective Dropshipping Items: If your dropshipping order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery Issues
- Unsuccessful Delivery: In the case of unsuccessful delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided), you can opt for either a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.
