1. What products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of stylish and personalized products for pet owners and their pets, including:

- Customized apparel and picture frames (personalized items to celebrate the bond between you and your pets)

2. Where do you ship to?

We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally. Standard shipping options are available for most locations, and express shipping is available for certain products in the U.S.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected:
- United States:
  - Economy Shipping: 4-10 business days after production
  - Standard Shipping: 2-10 business days after production
  - Express Shipping: 1-7 business days after production (available for certain products)
- Canada & Rest of the World:
  - Standard Shipping: 10-30 business days after production

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders that exceed $75. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout once the total order value reaches this amount.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package until it reaches your doorstep.

6. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for wrong size, color, or if you change your mind after ordering since all of our products are made-to-order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or refund. To initiate a claim, send us an email at info@petsowner.shop with a photo of the issue.

7. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to cancel it as the order might already be in production.

8. Do you accept returns for dropshipping products?

Yes, dropshipping items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days. We will offer a replacement or a refund. Please email info@petsowner.shop with a clear photo of the damaged product, and we will take care of the rest!

10. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your refund claim is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

11. What if I provide the wrong shipping address?

If an incorrect address is provided, the order may not be delivered. In such cases, we offer the option for a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund. Please make sure to double-check your shipping details before completing your order to avoid delivery issues.
